Cancellation Policy: 

Any orders that are picked up will be the customer's responsibility once it leaves the shop. Payments received from an order through our website, are non-refundable. A credit may be applied for a future order or date. In the event jamblossoms is unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given. There will be no refunds or credits for orders not picked up. We are unable to hold orders to the next day. 

Ordering Online:

To place an order, please visit our website at www.jamblossoms.comWe require at least 3 days in advance to prepare your order. Larger orders may require 5 days in advance notice. Orders needed sooner, please email us for availability. Once we complete your order, you will be notified when it's ready to be picked up. If there are any issues or questions with your order we'll contact you. During the holidays, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure your order can be fulfilled. At checkout, please indicate preferred date and time of pickup. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We are a small batch and made to order bake shop. We do not use any additives or preservatives, so our desserts are best the day they are purchased. 

Payment:

Currently, payments are accepted online through the Venmo mobile app. Search username: @jamblossoms (JAM B) Please download and sign-up on Venmo if you do not have an account. You'll be able to link your bank account or credit card to make payments. Credit card fees apply. Full payment is required at the time of ordering online.

Pickup hours may differ for certain holidays. Please contact us to confirm. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Easter)

Parking:

Complimentary parking is available on private lot or on-street.

Transportation and Care of Your Order: 

Instructions for each product is listed on the website below the product description. Please have your order number available when picking up. It can be found on your order confirmation. Once the order is picked up, it is considered accepted and the responsibility of the customer or designated party to safely handle the product(s). We recommend that you carefully place on a flat surface in your car away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid seats as they tend to slope. Cakes and cupcakes should be kept cool to prevent melting.

Allergies and Sensitivities:

Most of our products contain flour, dairy, eggs, grains and nuts (coconut, almonds, peanuts, pecans, pistachios and walnuts). Please indicate any allergies or sensitivities and we will do our best to accommodate you. We offer dairy free and gluten-free options with some of our products.
